VIDEO—Clements co-founded the group Teachers Unify to End Gun Violence. While politicians seem unable to offer more than "thoughts and prayers," her group is working with both gun reform advocates and gun owners to find commonsense solutions.

OPINION—The end of the school year is always a time of reflection. Teachers and students look back at what they learned and the memories with friends made along the way. Just below the surface, there’s another realization: relief that gun violence didn’t reach the halls of their schools this year.
